- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics for strategic decision-making
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Advose C-suite on future-proofing organizational structures and talent strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
