Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI and machine learning solutions aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in developing next-gen neural networks and predictive models.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate future requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate viable innovations.
- Optimize algorithms for edge computing environments and real-time data processing.
- Establish best practices for model governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior AI leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems in production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly preferred.
