Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot commercial HVAC units at client sites
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools
- Complete service reports and documentation within 24 hours
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for urgent service calls
- Maintain inventory of tools and replacement parts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years HVAC technician experience
- EPA 608 certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Proficient with digital diagnostic tools (Fluke, Testo)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
