Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen phone calls and manage incoming email correspondence.
- Coordinate office logistics and assist with special projects as needed.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for full-time temporary employment for 3+ months.
