Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with client onboarding and orientation for temporary assignments
- Coordinate scheduling and timekeeping for temporary staff assignments
- Manage communication between clients and temporary employees
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly assignment reports
- Support event logistics and setup for corporate clients
