Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing the logistics of the interview process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and willing to learn new processes quickly.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to set goals and work independently to achieve targets.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems.
