We are currently expanding our support infrastructure and need an eager learner to assist with troubleshooting, data analysis, and system documentation. You will work closely with senior engineers and have the chance to develop your technical skills in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal software applications.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data for project reporting and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the development team to document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor system logs and ticketing systems to identify and resolve common user issues.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure teams are proficient with new software updates.
- Support the deployment of new IT infrastructure components in the San Diego office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and software architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the contract period.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic scripting languages is a plus.
