Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and market nuances.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and networking strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
- Manage candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Represent the company at local job fairs and networking events to build brand awareness.
- Execute market research to stay informed about industry trends in the Indianapolis area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- A self-motivated attitude with a hunger for personal and professional growth.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
