What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Your success will directly impact our client's growth and our candidates' careers.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies, understanding their specific needs and providing top-tier talent.
- Administrative Duties: Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), schedule interviews, and prepare offer letters.
- Market Research: Stay informed about salary trends and labor market conditions in Las Vegas to provide accurate advice to candidates.
- Team Collaboration: Attend daily stand-ups and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with social media recruiting platforms.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and willing to learn the art of negotiation.
