Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via ticketing system and remote assistance for 500+ users
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral devices
- Assist with cloud infrastructure monitoring using AWS/Azure tools
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security initiatives
- Conduct hardware/software audits and asset management
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware deployment tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
