Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to document technical procedures and resolutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized tech workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network concepts.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio office.
