Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and system backups
- Document technical issues and solutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training on new technologies and systems
- Monitor system performance and security alerts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security protocols
- Experience with help desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various office environments
