Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 150+ employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with network troubleshooting under senior engineer guidance
- Conduct hardware/software audits and asset management
- Support office AV systems and video conference setups
- Participate in monthly IT training workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
