Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies to senior IT staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to non-technical staff.
- Document technical issues, steps taken for resolution, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Support network infrastructure maintenance and asset management tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 30 lbs.
