Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals for new hires.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform regular system updates and security patch management under supervision.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement technical solutions and improve processes.
- Help maintain inventory of IT assets and office equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be willing to learn and obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+ is a bonus).
