Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 150+ employees across hardware/software issues
- Assist with Windows OS deployment, patch management, and Active Directory administration
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow ticketing system and knowledge base
- Coordinate hardware/software installations and inventory management
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training campaigns
- Support office technology setups including AV equipment and network printers
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment maintenance and service requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10/11
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license for equipment transport
- Pass background check and drug screening
