  • Assist with Active Directory account management and basic network troubleshooting
  • Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory in ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
  • Train end-users on security protocols and best practices
  • Support audiovisual equipment in conference rooms and event spaces

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals
