Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral devices
- Assist with Active Directory account management and basic network troubleshooting
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Train end-users on security protocols and best practices
- Support audiovisual equipment in conference rooms and event spaces
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in standing/walking environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Availability for occasional weekend on-call rotations
