Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and user inquiries via phone/email
- Deploy and configure workstations/laptops in Windows/macOS environments
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory databases
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training on new systems and applications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
