Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and manage incoming help desk tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals for employees.
- Conduct basic user training and education on company software tools.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve escalated issues and document solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; technical certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and solve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
