Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and employee data into our proprietary database systems.
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or discrepancies before processing.
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure information security and integrity.
- Assist the administrative team with organizing digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
- Generate and distribute standard reports based on daily data entry activities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED is a plus.
