As a Data Analyst, you will support our data-driven decision-making processes by interpreting complex datasets and creating actionable insights. You will work closely with senior analysts to ensure data accuracy and contribute to the development of our reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality.
- Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Documentation: Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
