Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations.
- Manage and update IT asset inventories and service tickets.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networks.
