Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network administration and cybersecurity protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system deployments
- Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
- Support cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash) a plus
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional site visits
