Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technology vision and execution strategy for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI, automation, and scalable infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core business processes.
- Oversee R&D activities to identify and validate new market opportunities and technological trends.
- Manage a high-performing engineering and product team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Present technology roadmaps and strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Establish partnerships with tech vendors, startups, and academic institutions to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic executive capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, or Distributed Systems.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
