Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 strategic vision, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product, and Marketing to translate high-level concepts into actionable development plans.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to forecast industry shifts and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and board members in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Manage a budget for innovation pilots and R&D initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI and rapid iteration.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast future trends.
