Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3, etc.) for integration.
- Oversee research and development initiatives to stay ahead of market disruptions.
- Present complex strategic visions to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to foster innovation.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Advanced degree (MBA or M.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
