Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Generative Models, and Sustainable Tech.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee advanced research projects and transition high-potential prototypes into scalable product features.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, open-source communities, and hardware manufacturers to accelerate innovation.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of radical innovation and continuous learning.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the budget and resources for long-term projects, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and market expansion strategies.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Architect scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure capable of handling the demands of next-generation applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director, VP, or CTO equivalent).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Cloud Architecture, and emerging technologies like Quantum Computing or Edge AI.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies.
