Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with the company's five-year strategic goals.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Continuously monitor and assess emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) to determine their viability and integration potential.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead pilot programs and proof-of-concepts for futuristic technologies that could disrupt our industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-level strategic initiatives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the transition of strategic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or C-suite advisory role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Web3 technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future-forward concepts to diverse audiences.
