What You Will Do:
Drive the strategic planning process for the 2026 technology horizon, identifying key growth areas and competitive advantages.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate vision.
- Lead high-level research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and assess their potential impact.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate future technologies.
- Manage a budget for innovation projects and allocate resources effectively for long-term initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to foster innovation.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or engineering management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic initiatives and digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI, cloud computing, and data analytics trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
