- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives and pilot programs to test feasibility and scalability of future tech solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and external partners to communicate technical visions and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering and strategy team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or executive role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and successfully executing complex roadmaps.
