Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the strategic integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning across all product lines.
- Identify emerging technology trends (Web3, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to drive execution on high-priority initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation and measure ROI on R&D investments.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for future technology projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven experience in AI/ML strategy and implementation, specifically within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
