Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging trends like AGI, Neural Interfaces, and Decentralized Finance.
- AI Integration Leadership: Lead the corporate-wide initiative to integrate AI-native workflows, ensuring scalability and ethical deployment.
- R&D Oversight: Partner with top-tier research institutions and in-house engineers to pilot experimental technologies before market launch.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Translate complex technological visions into clear business value propositions for the executive team and board of directors.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and retain world-class talent in AI, Robotics, and Data Science to fuel our growth engine.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to anticipate disruptions and pivot our strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategy or C-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies.
- Visionary Thinking: Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Superior public speaking and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences from engineers to investors.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
