Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for The 2026 Initiative, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build scalable, robust AI models.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging AI trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum AI) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development and data governance.
- Partner with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI product development.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
