Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI technology roadmap targeted for 2026 market leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and LLM architectures for enterprise integration.
- Oversee the ethical deployment of AI, ensuring compliance, security, and data privacy standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and marketing to launch AI-driven features.
- Establish KPIs to measure the ROI and business impact of all AI and machine learning projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML strategy.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and modern ML infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI products from concept to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets of $5M+ for AI and data infrastructure.
- Strong background in cloud computing architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
