Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the '2026 Initiative', aligning AI development with overarching business goals.
- Forecast emerging AI trends and technologies to ensure our product pipeline remains years ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams to drive seamless product launches.
- Oversee the design and architecture of robust, scalable Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives and report directly to the executive board.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI deployment and data privacy.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI/ML engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI or machine learning products at scale.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including transformers, neural networks, and generative AI.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling technical teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
