Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive '2026 Technology Vision' roadmap across all product lines.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify emerging tech trends, specifically in AI and spatial computing, preparing the company for 2026 market demands.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to translate strategic goals into actionable product features.
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster a culture of forward-thinking and disruptive ideation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of future-proofing initiatives.
- Present quarterly strategy updates to the executive board and key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with startups and research institutions to accelerate our 2026 objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep understanding of next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, decentralized systems, and advanced data analytics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
