- Lead cross-functional task forces to ensure alignment between engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to forecast consumer behavior and industry shifts anticipated by the year 2026.
- Secure executive buy-in and funding for future-focused R&D initiatives through compelling presentations and ROI projections.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Represent FutureForge at top-tier industry conferences and innovation summits as a thought leader.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-forward products or leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of next-generation technologies and their commercial applications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
