Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Establish a long-term vision for product scalability and infrastructure resilience.
- Identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets that will accelerate our 2026 goals.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Oversee R&D budget allocation to ensure maximum ROI on future-tech investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic director or VP of Engineering role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing complex, multi-year projects.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, or Distributed Systems.
- Exceptional ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Strong background in managing high-performance engineering teams and navigating organizational change.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
