Key Objectives:
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term technical vision for Synthetix 2026, specifically focusing on AI governance and readiness.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps that align with the 2026 technological landscape.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish internal frameworks for ethical AI usage and data privacy.
- Team Mentorship: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party AI solutions that meet future-proof standards.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for emerging tech (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in AI/ML engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and prepare organizations for 2026+ standards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
