Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship e-commerce orders in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment after certification
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Complete digital inventory logs via tablet devices
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic smartphone literacy for digital check-in systems
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Reliable transportation to Midtown Manhattan location
- Flexible availability for morning (6AM-2PM) or evening (2PM-10PM) shifts
