Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort packages in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate documentation of shipments and inventory
- Assist in quality control and inspection processes
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our program)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to Northgate/Federal Way worksites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
