Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory in the warehouse for efficient processing.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipping.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and movements.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
