Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in high-volume warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging areas
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening (client requirement)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts
