Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory, label stock, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Clean work areas, sweep floors, and organize storage spaces to ensure efficiency.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical labor.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston location.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
