Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Maintain inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking
- Complete daily production reports and quality checks
- Support warehouse cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- 6+ months of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Reliable transportation to suburban work sites
