Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical guidance to resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Perform system updates, patch management, and basic security configurations.
- Collaborate with the broader IT infrastructure team to ensure system stability and performance.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new users on company software and hardware.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and VPN configurations.
