Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with temporary staffing opportunities in logistics, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Process daily payroll and payment disbursements within 24 hours of work completion
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new temporary employees
- Coordinate with client companies to ensure staffing needs are met daily
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours, assignments, and payment documentation
- Provide ongoing support to temporary staff throughout their assignments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in staffing, HR, or customer service role
