Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary/contract positions
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments across Tucson metro
- Process payroll documentation for daily pay system
- Build relationships with local business partners
- Manage candidate onboarding and compliance paperwork
- Track staffing metrics and optimize placement efficiency
- Support emergency staffing requests with 24-hour availability
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, HR, or customer service
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transport
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of Arizona labor regulations
- Proven multitasking in fast-paced environments
