Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of verified trade experience
- Valid Michigan trade license/certification (where applicable)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
