- Manage and coordinate daily dispatch schedules for transportation routes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, hours worked, and delivery logs.
- Resolve daily logistical issues and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance documentation are completed daily.
- Assist in onboarding new contract staff and training on daily procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Must possess a reliable smartphone and high-speed internet for daily communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
